ZiBfY subscriptions are available in various plans, including Monthly Starter Plan, Monthly Pro Plan, Yearly Starter Plan, or Yearly Pro Plan – all of which automatically renew.
Subscription renewal occurs one month or one year after the initial purchase. Users have the flexibility to cancel subscriptions before the automatic renewal date. In cases where a user cancels their ZiBfY subscription or if it is canceled due to fund unavailability, the associated content and tools become inaccessible after the paid period concludes.
To cancel automatic renewal, users can navigate to the Pricing screen and utilize the Unsubscribe button.
Unlike physical items, digitally distributed software and deliverables, such as designs downloaded from ZiBfY.com, are replicable. Following a purchase, recalling all copies becomes impractical. Consequently, the Company typically does not provide refunds, returns, or exchanges. Exceptions apply when mandated by law or in instances where the service demonstrably fails to align with the description provided through official channels at the time of purchase.
As a general practice, refunds for digital products are not issued once the order is confirmed and the product is sent.
