At Zibfy, we value your privacy. If you would like to request the deletion of your personal data associated with our app, you can use the process outlined below. We will process your request within 15 to 30 days.

How to Request Data Deletion

  1. Send an Email
    To request the deletion of your personal data, send an email to help@zibfy.com with the subject line: “Data Deletion Request.”

    In your email, please include:

    • Your full name.
    • The email address associated with your Zibfy account.
    • Any additional details that may help us identify your account.
  2. Processing Time
    Once we receive your request, we will verify your identity and process your request within 15 to 30 days, in compliance with data protection regulations.
  3. Confirmation
    After completing the data deletion process, you will receive a confirmation email.

Important Notes

  • Deleting your data is permanent and cannot be undone.
  • By submitting a request, you agree to allow Zibfy to verify your identity for security purposes.
